Let's create it

Let's just find some motivation. Or let's create it, so I can finally accomplish something. I just drank half a bottle of wine, ate pizza pockets (yuk), made some cake, which I ate like a pig and now my tummy hurts. I'm 26, and I never had the body of my dream...I'd say i'm the most jello-ish i've ever been.

I want this toned, flat belly that shows off ever so nicely everytime I raise my arms or when I lean forward to pick up something at the center of a table. I want to stop hiding my stomach when i'm sitting and mostly, I want to feel good in my own skin. Well, I guess this quest is about to get started.

Not sure where to start though.

I was very tempted to suscribe to crossfit, but I figured since i'm just starting out, I'd better do things slowly in order to keep being motivated. I think I would just quit after puking my guts after my first class.

Let's say my quest starts on monday february third. The first step being: me deciding to finally do something about it. And it has been accomplished; thumbs up for me!

In order to make this work, I will need a different challenge every week. The biggest challenge would be to quit drinking...AT LEAST during the week, but I'm not ready for that!

The next best thing would be to cut sugar intake as well as do a minimum of physical exercise each day.

  1. So, I won't drink a drop of anything else but water or tea. (Except my daily dose of white wine, which I will deal with some other week.)
  2. I will not eat dessert, of any kind. Muffins, cookies, cake (even the one I just cooked out of crazy craving), crème brulée, everything is OUT!
  3. I will do this dummy routine I just found on youtube. Every. Day.

I weight around 120 pounds, and I'm 1m63. I have no muscles, only fat. And I tend to gain weight in my belly area, whick means I look pregnant. I have no scale at my house so at least I won't be tempted to step on it twice a day.

I just took some photos and I don't feel like showing them, maybe once I see some results I'll post a before/after. Let's channel my inner Rihanna shape.
